DCSI has past and present experience in providing transient alert services and aircraft maintenance in the United States, South America and the Caribbean. DCSI is an experienced Transient Alert/Aircraft Services provider; knowledgeable and current in all facets of aircraft servicing to include: managing and operating the Aircraft Dispatch Section, providing aircraft “Follow-me,” “Arrival,” “Processing,” and “Departure” services and inspections,  aircraft refueling/defueling operations,  lavatory services, cargo up-load/down-load operations and the safe handling of hazardous cargo, fuels laboratory services, aircraft tow and de-icing operations, and aircraft maintenance. DCSI conducts qualification and certification Aircraft Maintenance & Servicing training to active duty military and Host-National employees. 

 
 
Aircraft servicing mechanics perform minor and pre-emptive aircraft maintenance; conduct aircraft pre-start, pre-taxi, inlet, intake, and exhaust inspections; check and service engine oil--extracts oil samples using Joint Oil Analysis Program and correctly process DD Forms 2026, Oil Analysis Request and F-16 CHIP Detectors; as well as check and service liquid or gaseous oxygen, hydraulics, fuels, and de-mineralized water. DCSI conducts an overall visual inspection of the airframe and components checking for and identifying safety of flight discrepancies using applicable technical orders and checklist disciplines, and correctly documents all findings. Correspondingly, DCSI verifies and clears (AFTO Form 781) “Red-X” discrepancies on intake and exhaust inspections prior to flight. DCSI responds to all aircraft emergencies and crash recovery situations both on and off-base and is responsible for managing the Fuel Spill Recovery Team and the on/off-base Aircraft Crash Recovery support efforts.   
 
DCSI has experience in providing aircraft maintenance and servicing support for the following airframes: Air Force-1, A-6, A-10, B-1, B-2, B-52, B-737, B-747, B-757, C-5, C-12, C-17, C-21, C-130, C-135, DC-10, E-4B, EA-6, F-15, F-16, F-18, L-1011, MD-11, NASA B-747-800 and NASA G-3, T-1, T-37, T-38, T-44, V-22, OH-58, UH-1, CH-47, and CH-53 helicopters and civilian chartered aircraft.
